This site describes services and the technical architecture we build. It records facts for review — systems, providers, data movement, retention, permissions and access — and it does not draw legal conclusions from them. Nothing here is legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing here is a compliance opinion for your firm.

Your firm and its counsel are responsible for determining the requirements that apply to each workflow, including any §7216 position. Do not rely on this website in place of that advice. Any sample or template language we provide is a starting point for your counsel, not legal advice.

Every statistic on this site is labelled and linked to its source. Every projection is labelled as an assumption or estimate and shown with the inputs that produce it. Those models are illustrations of method, not forecasts of your results, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of any particular outcome.

Third-party sources are linked so you can check them. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Prices shown are indicative of how we scope, and a specific engagement — its scope, fee, success metric, timeline, confidentiality and data terms — is set out in a written agreement signed by both sides before work starts.

The text, design and diagrams on this site are ours. You are welcome to read, quote and link to them with attribution. Please do not republish them wholesale as your own.

We make a genuine effort to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect liability under a signed engagement agreement, which that agreement governs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. An engagement agreement may specify otherwise, and if it does, it controls.
